Welcome to the Spelthorne Sports CC website! We currently run one senior side on both Saturdays and Sundays, playing friendly cricket on Sundays. The 2010 season saw us entering a Saturday side in the Surrey Cricket League, and winning Division 4, remaining unbeaten throughout the season. 2011 saw us playing in Division 3, finishing just one place outside the promotion places, in 3rd spot. We will be looking to go one better in 2012!

A few years ago, we started to run a Colts section. This venture is growing rapidly, with the Club placing a number of selected senior players onto Coaching courses to help bring on youngsters of all levels and abilities. Colts practice sessions ran throughout the summer of 2011. As a follow up, we are now looking to organise indoor practice sessions during the winter. More information will be available soon. Anyone under the age of 18 will be welcome to join us for these practice sessions, when 4 ECB Level 2 qualified coaches will be on hand to give expert tuition.

In the summer of 2010, we gained Clubmark Accreditation. This is recognition by both the Surrey County Cricket Board and the ECB that Spelthorne Sports CC excels in delivering high quality community cricket, especially to our Colts.
