Changing Room Policy for all Members and Guests

1.   Adults must not change or shower at the same time using the same facility as Children

2.   If there are children playing in an Adult team, then the children will be given exclusive use of the Officials' changing room, which also has its own shower facilities. In the case of mixed gender (Colts and Adult) teams, women/girls will have exclusive use of the Officials' changing room

3.   If the Officials' changing room is unavailable for any reason, and Adults and Children need to share a changing facility, then the following procedures should be followed:

¤
Adults are to change at separate times to Children during matches, i.e. when padding up. If necessary, Children should be allowed to use the changing room exclusively first to put on undergarment protection and then move their pads, helmet, etc. on to the patio to allow adults to use the changing room without disruption. The team captain will be responsible for co-ordinating this process
¤
In the case of mixed gender (Colts and Adult) teams, males and females should be allowed to change at separate times during matches, i.e. when padding up. The team manager (Colts) or captain (Adults) will be responsible for co-ordinating this process

4.   If Children play for Adult Teams, they and their parents must be informed of the Club's policy on changing arrangements and the Club must have consent from the Parents that their child(ren) can share a changing room with Adults in the club if circumstances deem it necessary

5.   Mobile phones or cameras must not be used in the changing rooms at any time. Age-restricted items (e.g. magazines) should also not be taken into the changing rooms
