From Spelthorne Sports Club, turn left onto dual carriageway. Travel 3 miles to the Crooked Billet Roundabout at Staines. Take the 2nd exit (A30 towards the M25). At M25 roundabout, take 1st exit (A30) alongside the M25. Follow road round long loop till you reach the Egham roundabout. Take the 3rd turning (Windsor Road, A308). Follow road for about a mile, then take 1 o'clock turning at roundabout (continuing on A308). At next roundabout, take 2nd exit (Albert Road, contining on A308). At next roundabout, take 2nd exit (Osborne Road, continuing on A308). Follow A308, going straight on at next roundabout, then at next roundabout, take 2nd exit on to the B3024 (Clarence Road). Follow B3024 for about 1 and a 1/2 miles, going into Dedworth Road, and over about 5 roundabouts, till you reach a T-junction with the B3383. Turn left into the B3383 (Oakley Green Road). The ground is about 1/2 mile on the right hand side.

From Spelthorne Sports Club, turn left onto dual carriageway. Go straight over first set of traffic lights, then get in right hand lane to turn right at next set of lights into School Road (BP service station is on right hand corner). Follow this road, and go through traffic lights, on to small section of dual carriageway, where you will come to a roundabout. Take 2nd exit into Clockhouse Lane. Follow road for 1 mile till you get to another roundabout. Take 2nd exit onto the A30 (Great South West Road). Follow road for about 2 miles till you come to junction with the A312. Take the left hand exit onto the A312. At the next (Waggoner's) roundabout, continue on the A312. After 1/4 mile, at traffic lights, turn right into High Street. Bear left at first mini-roundabout, then after a further 100 yards, turn right into Crane Lodge Road. Car park and ground are at bottom of road.

From Spelthorne Sports Club, turn left onto dual carriageway. At first set of traffic lights perform u-turn to get back onto dual carriageway heading towards Sunbury Cross. At Sunbury Cross, take 2nd exit (A316) to London. Come off at 3rd exit (Apex Corner, Hampton). Take 4th exit off roundabout (A312) to Hampton. After half a mile you will come to a roundabout. Take first exit (Park Road, A313). After half a mile you will come to a crossroads. Go straight on. After another half a mile, take a right turn into Queens Road (B358). Entrance to National Physical Laboratory is 300 metres on right hand side.
Hampton Hill - Bushy Park, High Street, Hampton Hill, Middlesex, TW12 1PD
From Spelthorne Sports Club, turn left onto dual carriageway. At first set of traffic lights perform u-turn to get back onto dual carriageway heading towards Sunbury Cross. At Sunbury Cross, take 3rd exit (A308, Kingston). Follow A308 for about 1 and 1/2 miles, going past Kempton Park. Just after the Water Works at Hampton, turn left into High Street (A311). Ground is 1/2 mile on the right hand side, opposite Windmill Road.

From Spelthorne Sports Club, turn left onto dual carriageway. At first set of traffic lights perform u-turn to get back onto dual carriageway heading towards Sunbury Cross. At Sunbury Cross, take 2nd exit (A316) to London. Come off at 3rd exit (Apex Corner, Hampton). Take 4th exit off roundabout (A312) to Hampton. After half a mile you will come to a roundabout. Take first exit (Park Road, A313). After half a mile you will come to a crossroads. Go straight on. After another half a mile, take a right turn into Queens Road (B358). Entrance to National Physical Laboratory is 300 metres on right hand side.
Seven Sports - Abbeyfields Recreation Ground, Windsor Street, Chertsey, Surrey
From Spelthorne Sports Club, turn left onto dual carriageway. Travel quarter of a mile to the traffic lights and turn left in Littleton Road. Follow road to mini roundabout and go straight on. Follow road for about 1.5 miles, going past Shepperton Studios, until you come to another mini roundabout. Take third exit (turn right), follow for 300 metres and turn left at next mini roundabout. Follow road for 1 mile and turn right at next roundabout. Go over Chertsey Bridge, go straight on at next traffic lights and follow road for half a mile to next mini roundabout. Take second exit (straight on). Ground is quarter of a mile on the right.
Shepperton - Manor Park, Russell Road (entrance opposite Dunboe Place), Shepperton, Middlesex, TW17 9HQ
From Spelthorne Sports Club, turn left onto dual carriageway. At first set of traffic lights perform u-turn to get back onto dual carriageway heading towards Sunbury. At the 1st set of traffic lights, turn right into Windmill Road. Follow this road over the M3 and carry on this road at the 1st roundabout (2nd exit). At next roundabout, go straight on (Gaston Bridge Road). At next roundabout, take 3rd exit (Russell Road, B375). Ground is about 1/2 mile on left hand side (about 100 yards before the roundabout at the top of Shepperton High Street).
